I think you misunderstood me.

For example if someone don't want to change his tech stack it's not a bad thing.

If you are working 20 years with Java then many companies will hire you exactly for that. because you are an expert on that topic.

What I am trying to say is not everybody needs to be everywhere. It's not discrimination. It's just choosing the right people for the right job.
