If your start-up only has 3 developers and all of them are relatively senior then my article is not talking about you.
Most start-ups have junior devs and most enterprises have a combination of junior and senior.
What I am trying to say is when you are a start-up and currently running with some junior devs then you shouldn’t hire a senior dev because that can create conflict as I explained.
Being senior is not bad. Obviously, they have a greater vision of anything and their experience is valuable but only the experience is not enough sometimes. That’s my point.
