Okay maybe I failed to express myself clearly.
First of all I am not retreating from anything. My point is if you already have a team with juniors (Like what we had) then bringing in a senior dev can backfire.
As your team started with all seniors then my article is not for your team.
How a company should start(with all senior or all junior) is a different topic to discuss. But if you already have a team of juniors then bring someone in to mentor them.
Not get them involved in raw coding. At least that's what I understood from my start-up.
